Call for service on a new business.And they were very helpful, responsive.We were able to get our job done in a very timely manner. So we can get our doors open to our business. Made suggestions of other contractors that could help us with other things. I would suggest this company over some of the other companies in the area.Mount Vernon? I emailed over a weekend to request service, first thing Monday morning their team was reaching out to set up an appointment.Arrived promptly when the appointment was and the gentleman was efficient, professional, and left the area clean with the work that was completed in our home. Our second time utilizing Jon’s Plumbing and both times we have been satisfied. Highly recommend!

Andrew, Ryan, Chris, Brad, Kyle, Isaac and Eiljah ROCK the house!! The entire team at Jon's Plumbing has been extremely wonderful. This company cares about the customers, they don't run games and you can trust them. They answered our call EVERY single time!! ...and Ms. Brittany, she is wonderful taking care of the administrative work and then some. We strongly recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing and heating needs especially if you are in need of or have Geothermal repairs. OMGoodness, they know what they are doing, the price is half of the other competitors and they make it right. We love this company for their kindness, plethora of knowledge and taking good care of our Geothermal requirements. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they are just that good! My old sump pump had obviously quite working recently, as after a heavy rainstorm, a couple of inches of water covered the cellar floor! The power outlet where the pump was plugged in appeared scorched, so assuming it was bad, I ran a heavy-duty extension over to the opposite side of the basement to an outlet on the side of the furnace.As another storm blew in over the past weekend, the standing water reappeared, and the sump pump did not run. I used Jon's email registration portal to request service, and was pleased to hear back (on Saturday afternoon) within an hour! I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 8 and 8:30 am.The plumber came promptly at just past 8 am, and quickly diagnosed the old pump as dead. Since he carries a couple of spares on his truck, he was able to replace the defective unit with a brand new 1/4 hp pump in less than an hour! It was raining once again, and the pump kicked on as soon as the install was complete...in the nick of time!I highly recommend Jon's Plumbing & Heating for their fast, friendly service in such an emergency, but they also consult potential clients, always willing to give the best advice to steer you toward the best possible decision, if you are considering an upgrade or update.

Love Jon's! the technicians are always so nice and professional, they take the time to make sure I understand what has gone wrong before we move forward with repairs. We also use them for maintenance checkups on both the furnace and A/C unit, always great service. Highly recommend!!If I ever have problems with the plumbing I will definitely call them also!

My mothers kitchen drain was completely clogged and we couldn't get it open. We called Jon's and they had someone here the next day. Drew was great and was able to get it unclogged, after a bit of work. Nice guy, professional, and cleaned up after he finished. Mom was happy..... and that's hard to do. :)

Dustin, Drew and Matthew did a great job installing a sump pump and drainage system. Very friendly and courteous. I reached out to other plumbers and chose Jon’s because of the price and professionalism convinced me they would perform work just as they quoted. Will definitely put Jon’s on my speed dial. Thanks.

They were great and fast at hooking up our water outside. We thought they were free estimates but they weren't...so they didn't charge us a fee to come out and look at our stuff which was nice of them. They didn't have to! But thank you guys.

Was pleased to get same day service. Bathroom vanity sink drain leaking and slow to drain. Technician Drew was very pleasant to talk with, very professional and knowledgeable. Got job done quickly and left work area as clean as when he arrived. Great job. 😎

I asked to get an estimate without an in-home visit because I'm tired of letting people in my house only to not hear from them again. This was an excellent experience. I knew exactly what I needed, so I sent some photos, answered some questions, got an estimate quite quickly, and was able to get someone out the very next day.Maybe I just lucked into perfect timing, but the fact that they were willing to work with me, we're so responsive, and then actually did the work sold me. Great experience.The plumber showed up early, got the work done quickly, and was very pleasant. He even took apart an extra valve when my hot water inexplicably didn't turn back on (not his fault, freak thing) and he made sure it was working before he left.TL;DR: Responsive, great service

I would highly recommend Jon's. Jon's has in the past replaced my air conditioner and found a problem with the furnace that had the probability of leaking carbon monoxide. So scheduled a furnace replacement. And, just recently replaced water heater. I would call no one else but Jon's. You guys are the best.

Jon's has been to our house two times. Both times were on time and prepared. Quoted the service fee, Looked and diagnosed the trouble and then quoted the price to repair. Did the work very quickly. Mess cleaned up.

Just wanted to jump on here and say I have used Jons for plumbing in the past and am beyond happy with them and then my furnace goes out right before a major storm and not only did they make it work to be at my house for assessment they came the next day to install a new furnace . AGAIN I have used them for years and they are the most prompt and reliable place in this town !

Once again Jon's did a great job! They have done AC work at my job and I recommended them to our Veteran's club (AMVETS). They were there promptly with an estimate and with service, on time and completed a huge plumbing job that not many wanted to tackle! I haven't heard one complaint from any of our members and we can be a tough crowd!!! We will definitely call Jon's!!!

The technician, chris, arrived early within the 2-hour window I was given. They were able to diagnose the problem within about 30 minutes, and had parts available to fix the problem on site quickly! They also offered us an additional plan for yearly maintenance of our central air system. I didn't even realize they had programs like that so we were very appreciative! Would highly recommend Jon's!

They (Drew & Nick) plumbed the kitchen sink, including disposal. They repaired plumbing and hooked up bathroom sink. They installed shut offs and completed washer hookups. They were on time, very personable and professional.

I had a gas range installed by Jon's on this trip. I have had them in to install a new furnace as well as plumbing and gas leaks repairs on previous trips. Their technicians are top notch!! My husband and I highly recommend Jon’s plumbing & Heating. Jon’s plumbing & Heating did the HVAC and in floor heat for our new construction custom home and shop. The work was neat, organized, and professionally done. We have relatives in the HVAC business and they were highly impressed by how meticulous the work was done. There are always unexpected changes that happen with new construction and things that need to be adjusted or moved. Jon’s crew made those changes seamlessly. We had a big project between the house and shop/with in floor heat and ventilation system and we couldn’t be more impressed. So if you are on the fence about who you should have work on your house we will make the decision easy for you... choose Jon’s!

Jon’s service repaired our 10 year old power vent water heater. We are hoping we can get 5 more years out of It. The average “life” of this brand of water heater was listed as 16 years so we thought it is worth gambling. This style of water heater is very expensive to replace! Drew was very pleasant and professional. Parts had to be ordered so we were out of hot water for 6 days due to a weekend which was a challenge.

I’ve had two major installations completed by Jon’s. A water heater replaced by Drew and a shower stall replacement by Brad and Rich. Big SHOUT-OUT to these great guys. Their work was impeccable. Office is very responsive to phone calls.Scheduled appointments promptly. Had both a heating technician and a plumber out on the same day. Very professional work. Courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions. Reasonable rates. Did not exceed original estimate. They are honest and trustworthy. I will use Jon's again in the future.
